The Imps are delighted to announce the signing of Timothy ‘TJ’ Eyoma from Tottenham Hotspur on a loan deal until the end of the season.
A versatile defender, Eyoma is able to either play centre back or right-back having made his competitive debut for Spurs in the FA Cup against Tranmere Rovers last year. The 20-year-old has also appeared on the bench for Tottenham in the Premier League a number of times.
The 20-year-old has featured for England at youth levels Under-15s up to Under-19s. It was during his time with the Under-17 setup where TJ won the 2017 FIFA Under-17 World Cup as well as reaching the UEFA European Under-17 Championship final.
Eyoma has featured in 13 Premier League 2 and five UEFA Youth League fixtures for Tottenham’s youth sides this season, recording four assists.
Speaking about arriving at LNER Stadium, the defender said: “I'm delighted to have joined Lincoln and I am looking forward to getting started.
"The club like to play young players and I like the style they play. The manager seems like someone who will get the best out of me."
Eyoma has been handed the vacant number 4 shirt, welcome to The Imps, TJ.
