This weekend’s game against Crawley Town will not be available for domestic streaming on Imps iFollow.
Earlier this season, the clash between The Imps and The Red Devils at Sincil Bank in September, was also played over an international weekend and it was deemed to be able to be broadcast to a domestic audience despite it being a 3.00pm kick off. The decision to stream the games previously, wasn’t in contravention of Article 48 of the UEFA statues around broadcast regulations as it doesn’t cover games in Leagues One and Two.
However, after discussions between League Two clubs and the EFL in December 2018 it was agreed that for the remainder of the 2018/19 season that games in the international break this weekend, as well as the games played on Bank Holidays, will not be available to broadcast live to a domestic UK audience.
Full radio commentary will be available over the internet via Imps iFollow for UK based Imps’ supporters, and it comes from BBC Radio Lincolnshire’s Michael Hortin along with former Imps’ player and manager, Steve Thompson, with the feed going live at 2pm from the Peoples Pension Stadium.
Subscription to Imps iFollow costs just £4.49 per month, and you can find all the details HERE
Also for anyone still wishing to make the trip down to see The Imps in action, pay on the gate is available for City fans at the People's Pension Stadium.
