Lincoln City is saddened to hear of the loss of former Youth Development coach Ian Whyte, who sadly lost his battle with cancer.
Whyte spent five years in the Youth department at Lincoln City, between 1995 and 2000, which proved to be a successful period for the Imps.
He was highly-regarded across Youth Development, having also held Academy roles at Nottingham Forest, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Portsmouth and most recently with Scunthorpe United.
Everybody at Lincoln City would like to pass on their condolences to Ian's friends and family at this difficult time.
