City’s under 18’s make the trip over to face Bradford City this weekend to take on the Bantams in the penultimate game of the season on Saturday morning.
Tom Shaw’s side are aiming to end the season with a flourish starting with the game against Bradford City who are still in with a chance of finishing top of the Youth Alliance table. The two sides played out a fascinating 2-2 draw on the last time they met, in mid-February so this weekend promises to be another tough test for both sides.
The game kicks off at Woodhouse Grove School, in Bradford on Saturday morning with the game kicking off at 11am.
Mansfield Town are the opponents for the majority of the other age groups in the academy this weekend. The under 10,12 and 14’s take on The Stags in Pleasley, Nottinghamshire on Sunday morning. Meanwhile the Under 9, 11, 13 and 15’s welcome their counterparts from Mansfield Town to Lincoln Christ’s Hospital School also on Sunday, all the games get underway at 10.30am
Good luck to all involved this weekend
