The City youngsters take to the pitch this weekend against Rotherham United as they aim to return to form after a couple of indifferent results in recent weeks.
Top spot in the EFL Youth Alliance Under 18 North East division is still within reach for Tom Shaw’s side with three games remaining, but they have to take maximum points from The Millers to keep their title hopes alive.
The Young Imps take to the field at home this Saturday, kicking off at 11am at the Priory City of Lincoln Academy on Skellingthorpe Road.
Meanwhile, a group of the Under 10’s welcome Sheffield Wednesday to the city on Sunday morning, with another group taking on Scunthorpe United.
The Iron are also the opponents for all the other remaining age groups across the academy this weekend, with the Under 12 and 14’s at home against Scunthorpe United with the U9, 11, 13 and 15’s all travelling over to Scunthorpe.
