Virgin Trains has added an extra service to London to help Imps’ fans travel to Wembley for the Checkatrade trophy Final against Shrewsbury Town on Sunday April 8th.

 Over 25,000 supporters will be heading down to the capital to support the team as they make their maiden bow at the National Stadium and with the addition of this extra train there is another option to make the trip to the Capital.

This service will head from Lincoln on the day of the game via Newark before arriving at Kings Cross Station just before midday, there are other Virgin Train services leaving Lincoln at 9.30am and 11.16am which would also ensure fans get to the capital ahead of kick off.
