The Imps have made their fourth signing of the January window as Jordan Williams joins on loan from Rochdale until the end of the season.
Williams moved to the Crown Oil Arena for an undisclosed fee in the summer from Barrow, after impressing for the National League side scoring 16 times in 61 appearances.
He’s made 19 appearances so far this season for Keith Hill’s side, most recently coming off the bench in the recent Checkatrade Trophy last 16 tie with Danny Cowley’s side.
The 25-year-old becomes City’s third signing of the week following the double signing of Lee Frecklington and Ellis Chapman on Thursday, and he will be available for selection against Notts County on Saturday.
“Danny has spoken to me, and I know the interest has been there for a while. He spoke about how he wants to use me and the direction that the club is going in and it’s great.” Williams said.
“The atmosphere here is great and I’m really looking forward to getting out and playing in front of the fans.”
