This is a reminder to season ticket holders about the Stagecoach Free Bus Travel scheme on home match days.
The partnership between The Imps and Stagecoach has been immensely popular since it’s inception at the start of the 2008/09 season, however we have been made aware that some supporters are experiencing issues.
For clarification, the offer will apply on HOME match days only for season ticket holders, to bus services to and from the following areas:
All Stagecoach services within the City of Lincoln, and from Sudbrooke, Welton, Dunholme, Nettleham, North Hykeham, Waddington, Bracebridge Heath, Branston, Washingborough, Heighington, Cherry Willingham, Reepham, Fiskerton, and Skellingthorpe and Saxilby.
Please be aware that the timing of the bus services does differ between games played on a weekend to the service which is available ahead of weekday fixtures at Sincil Bank.
For Saturday matches the offer will apply to journeys into the city centre after 1000hrs up to the start of the match, and outbound journeys from the city centre from the end of the match until the end of service on that day.
For evening games the offer will apply to journeys into the city centre after 1800hrs up to the start of the match, and outbound journeys from the city centre from the end of the match until the end of service on that day.
To obtain free travel season ticket holders will need to show their card to the driver of the bus, who will check the validity and then issue a ticket for the journey being made.
