The club have received quite a number of Frequently Asked Questions from supporters regarding the sale of tickets for the Checkatrade Trophy Final at Wembley.

We will do all we can to answer questions/queries that Imps’ supporters have to make the process of buying tickets as smooth as possible. *We will update this page with the FAQ’s in due course.

Do Season Ticket Holders get the option to purchase NINE tickets per season ticket?

Yes, one access code (nine digit number starting with a 6 or 7) can access 9 tickets in total.

Can you clarify, during the season ticket priority period, can a season ticket holder buy a ticket for a non season ticket holder so they can sit together?

If season ticket holders choose to purchase tickets for non season ticket holders this would come out of their allocation of 9 tickets per season ticket holder during the priority period.  If they wish to sit together then they would need to fill in the lead name for all tickets purchased, the ticket office staff would then know to group these tickets under the lead name.

What does a ‘concession’ ticket mean?

This is for supporters aged 60+ as Wembley have asked us to mirror what criteria we would use at Sincil Bank.

Disabled supporters who would normally come under this banner for home fixtures would need purchase within their age group and the carer would be free of charge if they have medium/high rate of Disability Living Allowance or enhanced rate of PIP, on collection they would need to provide this proof.

Is there a 'student' price for tickets?

Unfortunately not, there are only the 17-21 or 2-16 price bands

Can I choose which block I sit in when I purchase tickets?

Wembley Stadium have requested that tickets are sold 'anti clockwise' initially with tickets sold in the North section of the stadium, then the West section with the final tickets in the South side of the stadium. Unfortunately d we cannot facilitate sales in specific blocks, allocation of tickets is solely down to price category/sales.

Do the Coaches have toilets?

The majority of the coaches will have toilets, however it is advisable for the supporter to make the organizers aware of their needs in advance of the journey.  The coaches will have a scheduled stop on route to Wembley.

Parking

Lincoln City Council have teamed up with the Imps to offer supporters 25% on the Tentecroft Street Car Park on Sunday, 8th April.

There will be no parking available at Sincil Bank Stadium.

UPDATE 1/3/18

Can groups of season ticket holders / non season ticket holders (more than 9) sit together or do they have to fill in a 'group booking proforma'?

No, the pro forma isn't needed in this instance. For season ticket holders in groups of more than nine wanting to all buy seats together, this can be done by using the same group leader name on separate transactions of up to nine people per season ticket holder.

For example…

John Smith is the season ticket holder, he’s allowed to purchase a total of nine tickets. He does so with his name as ‘group leader’.

John’s friend, Dave Jones, who is also a season ticket holder and has friends who want to sit with John's group. So, in Dave’s order he also puts John’s name down as group leader on his order. Then the tickets will be grouped together.

NOTE: The same process above applies for NON SEASON TICKET HOLDERS upon the starting of their sales period.  The two transactions have to be done on the SAME DAY and tickets for both groups must purchased in the SAME CATEGORY for this to apply.

UPDATE 5/3/18

Can I purchase more than nine tickets in one transaction even if I'm not a season ticket holder?

No, only purchases of up to nine tickets can be made in one transaction. For details on how to purchase in a larger group, please refer to the previous question/answer.

If there is an attempt to purchase more than nine tickets, be aware that you will see the following message :

“Whoops! We can’t complete your order right now. Please try again later”

Then you will be sent back to the main event page to re-start the order.
