Goalkeeper Richard Walton has today joined Evo-Stik side Cleethorpes Town on an initial one-month loan.
Walton will go straight into Cleethorpe's squad for their game against Hyde United in the FA Trophy tomorrow.
Walton's new club are currently unbeaten in the league so far this season, and boss Danny Cowley thinks it's the perfect setting for the 20-year-old to develop his game.
"Cleethorpes had a very good season last year, which included a trip to Wembley in the FA Vase, so it's a good environment for one of our younger players to be in." Cowley said.
"It's important for our young players to go out and get involved in first team football for their development."
As a consequence, Walton has been recalled from his loan spell with Gainsborough Trinity to allow this loan move to the Bradley Community Stadium.
