We are delighted to announce the permanent signings of Michael Bostwick and Harry Anderson from Peterborough United.
Michael Bostwick, 29 has signed a 2 year deal with the Club and arrives for an undisclosed fee. The hugely experienced former Posh club captain and last seasons player of the year is incredibly versatile and can play equally well in defence or midfield.
Meanwhile former Imps loanee Harry Anderson, 20 has rejoined the Club on a permanent deal. The winger who played a crucial part in last seasons success has penned a 3 year deal with the Club.
Danny Cowley added, 'We are delighted to announce these two signings and I'd like to thank everybody at the Club for their huge effort in making it possible. This has been an incredibly challenging window but to make these additions has made all the hard work worthwhile.
Everyone at Sincil Bank will be aware of Harry and his potential. He is a young hard working boy with huge desire and willingness to learn. He fits exactly the profile of a player that we enjoy working with.'
'Very infrequently I am surprised by football. But I have to admit that to acquire the signature of Michael Bostwick was beyond my wildest expections for our football club. To be able to bring in a top League One player who won various individual awards at Peterborough last year represents outstanding business on our part. He has been part of successful teams before and his experience will be invaluable to our young group. He is fiercely competitive, incredibly determined and has real fighting qualities. Consequently he is completely aligned with the group of players who we already have at the club.'
'I'd like to thank the fans that have waited patiently for these signings but some things in life are worth waiting for UTI.'
