Imps defender Callum Howe has today joined Eastleigh on loan until January.
The 23-year-old joins the National League outfit who are currently on five points from their opening three games, and sit in eighth position.
Callum generated interest from numerous clubs, which enabled the Imps to secure a good deal financially for the centre-half, as well as ensuring he plays games.
Danny Cowley said: "For Callum's development, it's crucial that he's exposed to regular first-team football.
"The only way a young player will improve is by having time on the pitch."
Howe came to Sincil Bank in the summer of 2015 following a successful trial period after his release by Scunthorpe United.
Since then, he has made 35 league appearances for the Club, but hasn't featured on the field so far this season.
He did have a loan spell at Southport last season, where he featured 15 times and took the armband.
We wish Callum all the best during his loan spell at the National League side!
