The 2017 Youth Academy Golf Day, sponsored by Bridge McFarland, takes place at Sleaford Golf Club on Friday 5th May.
Sleaford Golf Club is located at Greylees, just south of Sleaford in South Lincolnshire. It is within easy reach of the A1 via Grantham or Newark and offers outstanding facilities for Society events and for golfers of all standards and ages. Established in 1905, the 18-hole course is often described as an 'inland links' and is built on the sandy subsoil surrounding the River Slea. The clubhouse provides excellent facilities for members and visitors.The entry fee for our Academy Golf Day is £100 per team of four and tee times from 9.00am until 12.15pm will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry includes coffee and bacon bap on arrival and a two course, hot fork buffet for players after completion of their round of golf.
The format will be an 18 Hole Stableford team competition with a 90% handicap allowance. Teams can be Gents, Ladies or Mixed.
There will be a prize raffle and other competitions such as Nearest the Pin, Longest Drive and Beat the Pro.

Cheques should be made payable to 'Future Imps Fund'. Bank payments can be made to 08-90-32/68511706 using reference 'Golf Day'.
All profits from the day will go directly to the Club's Youth Academy Future Imps Fund which was established in 2013 to raise the funds needed to ensure the Club's Academy can continue in the absence of central funding from the football authorities.
