Vice-Chairman Resigns From Board

Vice-Chairman David Parman has tendered his resignation from the Club's Board of Directors.

"The Club and Board have faced some challenging times these past few years but thanks in main to our Chairman’s unwavering leadership, hard work and unparalleled personal support Lincoln City’s financial position is stabilising and instead of financial survival the Board can finally focus on development and taking the Club forward," said Mr Parman.

"Along with my other hard working colleagues whose contributions are incredibly valuable to the Club and whose interaction with I will miss, Acting Managing Director Kevin Cooke is doing a fantastic job improving the business processes and driving the Club forward. Given the Board is expanding and in light of the recent investment news I feel this a good time for me to step down and concentrate some much needed time on my own business interests.

"It goes without saying, I wish the Football Club every conceivable success going forward and do hope the hard work and financial support everyone has contributed these past few years is finally rewarded with some exciting times 'back in the Football League.'"
