City’s players returned to the Soper of Lincoln Elite Performance Centre on Friday for pre-season testing.
New signings Conor McGrandles, Tom Bayliss and Jamie Pardington were amongst their teammates for the first time as pre-season got underway with the players undergoing their annual pre-season checks ahead of hitting the grass on Monday.
Preparations continue with a week of intensive training, before the squad fly out to Spain for a pre-season tour, where they’ll take on Sky Bet Championship side, Preston North End.
Following the week in Spain Michael Skubala’s side will return to the UK, with pre-season fixtures lined up away at Harrogate Town and Oldham Athletic, before a final preparation fixture at the LNER Stadium to Arsenal U21.
