Francois Zoko has stressed the importance of remaining balanced following City U18 3-3 draw with Burton Albion U18.
The young Imps drew 3-3 with top-of-the-league Burton Albion on Saturday, with goals coming from Harry Dale and a brace from Bailey Adamson.
Zoko said: "We always take the positives, our process, our constructive and positive feedback to the players.
"We don't get too high when we win, and we don’t get too low when we lose a game. It's all about the process that is developing."
The U18 featured players from U16, U15, and U14, and Zoko applauded their battling performance during what was an entertaining afternoon.
He added: "We play the Lincoln way and this is how we want to develop our boys.
"Under 14 and under 15 play in this game too, and they did well. This is something more exciting for us than the scoreline."
