Michael Skubala is determined to keep making improvements to his side as the Imps prepare to host Leyton Orient at the LNER Stadium.
City are currently enjoying a 13 match unbeaten run which has put themselves within touching distance of the play-off picture, but Skubala is still striving for more.
Skubala said: "We just need to keep focused and keep training hard every day, and being focused for Leyton Orient is key.
"We know how tough it’s going to be, they’re a really good team, up until recently they were in some really good form so it’s going to be a tough game for us.
"We’ve not achieved anything yet - it’s a tough league and a tough level so we have to keep improving."
Skubala also praised the backing of the City supporters as a bumper crowd is expected for the Good Friday fixture.
He added: "The crowd have been fantastic, it's a credit to the players that we’ll play in front of a big crowd on Friday and hopefully we can do the business and put in a performance they’ll be proud of.
"More than anything if they see the lads working hard for the shirt that’s what they’ll want to see.
"I think the fans appreciate they’ll be twists and turns and bumps but that’s part of football and why we love it."
This game is now sold out - but there are still plenty of ways to get behind City via the buyback scheme and iFollow Imps.
